This planner keeps everyone's suggestions in small files inside the shared Dropbox folder, so it needs permission to read and write there. Nothing leaves your computer — Dropbox does the syncing.
You'll only need to do this once per computer. Chrome may ask you to confirm access again when you reopen the page.
Drag a card from the ideas bank onto a day to schedule it; drag it back to the bank to unschedule; drag between days to move it. Days can hold more than one post — use + add on a day to suggest a post straight into that day.
Click any card to open the full form, edit it, change its status or delete it. Paste draft and live Facebook links in the right-hand column (they save when you click away).
Images: add photos or paste screenshots in the form. They're saved as ordinary files in planner-data/images/ in the shared folder, so anyone can also grab them from Dropbox when it's time to post. Files over 4 MB are scaled down to 2048px to keep the folder light.
Sharing: each person's changes are written to their own file in planner-data/ inside the shared folder, and Dropbox syncs them. The page re-reads the folder every 20 seconds and whenever you come back to the tab, so other people's changes show up within about half a minute of Dropbox syncing. If two people edit the same post at once, the most recent edit wins.
Nothing showing? Click Refresh, and check Dropbox is running and up to date. If the page asks you to reconnect, that's Chrome re-confirming folder access — click Reconnect and Allow.
